Lapponia House uses the patented Thermo Log Wall that provides air tight construction and great thermal values reducing utility costs.
We have a wide variety of floor plans ranging from 600 Sq. Ft. to over 7000 Sq. Ft. We can also customize a home and floor plan to meet
your requirements.

Our homes feature exterior siding options with Planed, Round, Encapsulated and Mega log.
Our closed grained Northern Finnish Pine can be painted or stained.
Our interior walls allows the choice of panelling, plasterboard or a combination of both.
This allos for paint, stain, tile or wallpaper finishes.
Lapponia Homes also have roof options of tile, shingle or steel.
Our homes are delivered as pre-manufactured panels which are tightly controlled under ISO 9000 in our factory in northern Finland.
All windows are fitted at the factory to ensure accuracy.
Our wall elements consist of a ventilated structure of siding, air gap; windbreak board, mineral insultion, moisture barrier, and interior wall finish
(sheet rock or siding).
This wall structure guarantees a draught proof construction.
The Lapponia Homes have two Thermal Log wall thickness options: 7.5" or 9.5" (including interior and exterior wall siding)

Option 1: Self Build with Lapponia Full Delivery Home Kit
Our kits are very comprehensive and include walls, doors, windows, trusses and hardware.
Steel roof and roof insulation are additional options.

Option 2: Dry In Service
Nordic Breeze takes our Lapponia Full Delivery Kit and constructs the exterior walls, doors, roof trusses and roof to bring the home to a dry
status at the customer location.
Service includes framing out interior load bearing walls to support the roof truss members.
Nordic Breeze can arrange basement or foundatoin construction or this can be prepared by the customer to save costs, prior to the Lapponia Home arriving.
The customer then completes all interior finishes.

Option 3: Turn Key Service / Full Delivery
Nordic Breeze completes the construction of the home from start to finish - Turn Key Pricing can be drafted upon completion of our construction option sheet.
Detailed pricing is completed upon site visit and soil percolation testing to establish correct foundation design.

Option 4: Developer / Builder Package
Full Delivery Home Kits to the construction and building industry at reduced prices for 2 homes or more kits.
Nordic Breeze also offers supervision and support to builders as required by project.

Please Note:
The structural integrity of the Lapponia Home is designed around the large wall elements which allow us to modify floor plans with relative ease.
So, if you like a model, but the current layout does not meet your needs, allow us to re-layout the floor plan for you.

Our prices exclude shipping. Once we are advised of the shipping address we request a price from our transportation company.
From Finland we use sea containers into the East or West coast, depending on build location, then rail and road transportation to the building site.
For our U.K. customers we use road and sea transportation to the customer's location.
